DoorIO Number is a standalone $7/month subscription. Every plan includes one local number. Number + Social, Line and Connect prices already include that number—you do not pay an additional $7/month.

  • Please submit your setup information within 3 days of signup. Activation depends on complete information and required identity verification.
  • Number availability is checked when you continue to checkout. If your selected number becomes unavailable before activation, we’ll help you choose another at no extra cost.
  • Monthly pooled communication credit: $15 for Number and Number + Social, $30 for Line, and $60 for Connect.
  • Monthly included credits are separate from card-funded top-ups. When your usage balance falls below $10, your card is automatically charged $10 to replenish it. Usage is billed at DoorIO’s published rates, which include a markup and may change.
  • Already a DoorIO customer? Request an upgrade. We’ll update your existing account so you keep your number, without creating a second account or subscription.

  • Your plan includes one shared dollar balance for eligible communication usage, rather than separate bundles of minutes and texts.

  • Use your included credit for eligible communication usage. Only features included in your plan are available.
What happens if I use more than my allowance?

Usage beyond the included balance is billed at DoorIO’s usage rates, which include a markup and may change. Monthly included credits are separate from card-funded top-ups. When your usage balance falls below $10, your card is automatically charged $10 to replenish it.

What does the free trial cover?

Line, Connect and Social Inbox have a 30-day trial. Their monthly subscription begins after the trial. Number and Number + Social have no trial. Optional Assisted Social Setup is a separate $47 one-time service.

How do I add Facebook and Instagram messaging?

Number + Social is $24/month with one subscription and one account. Eligible existing Number customers can request the $17/month Social Inbox add-on with its 30-day trial on their existing account. Line includes Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs in its $67/month price; Connect includes these Line features. No separate Social subscription is required for Line or Connect. Social Inbox is messaging, not Social Planner or post scheduling. Optional Assisted Social Setup is $47 one-time.

Can I add more users or phone numbers?

Connect includes up to 3 users. Additional users are $17 per user/month. For additional numbers, contact DoorIO to discuss your needs and pricing.
